Tile and Grout Maintenance Planner

Pick a room, traffic and water type to get a care schedule for cleaning, sealing and caulk.

These tools give planning-level estimates from typical values and the details you enter. They are not quotes, designs or engineering, and results depend on your actual tile, grout condition, moisture, access, site conditions and local rules. Only a site visit can confirm what a project needs, and we give you a written scope and price before any work begins.

How it works

Four quick steps.

  1. 01

    Pick the room

Shower, kitchen, floor, stone, outdoor or commercial.

  2. 02

    Set the traffic

    Light, normal or heavy use.

  3. 03

    Choose the water

Soft or hard water changes how fast buildup returns.

  4. 04

    Read the plan

A schedule for cleaning, sealing and caulk checks.

Tips

  • Use a pH-neutral cleaner and a soft brush. Skip acid on stone and harsh bleach on grout.
  • Wipe showers dry after use and run the fan to cut mildew.
  • Check caulk once a year and renew it when it cracks or peels.

When is regrouting better than cleaning?
