Clear small items from floors, counters and the tub or shower. Plan for no water use in the shower for the time we advise. Tell us about pets and any concerns.

Protection and setup
We cover cabinets, baseboards and furniture and set up dust control. We test cleaners in a hidden spot and walk through the plan with you.

Cleaning and preparation
We deep clean the tile and grout. For recoloring, the grout is cleaned and dried. For regrouting, old grout is removed with vacuum-assisted tools.
Noise and some dust are normal during removal.
Repairs and new work
We repair loose tile, fill cracks and apply new grout, color or sealer. In showers we replace caulk. Each product has its own drying time.
We work neatly and clean the tile as we go.
Cure time
Cure time matters. Sealers and colorants need time before water or heavy cleaning. New grout needs time before use. We give you exact instructions and a simple timeline.
