Damaged, stained or outdated tile removed and replaced in a few spots or a whole room, with clean cuts and level, well-adhered work.
Sometimes restoration is not enough. A tile may be shattered, a section may be badly stained, a floor may have been damaged by a leak or a bathroom may simply need an update. Replacement can be as small as one tile or as large as a whole room, and the quality of the work depends on what happens beneath the surface: a clean, flat bed, the right adhesive and enough coverage under every tile.
We remove old tile without damaging neighboring pieces, clean and level the substrate and check for moisture or movement problems. We set new tile with the correct thinset and trowel, maintain consistent joints and keep lines straight with the existing layout. For small repairs we match the tile as closely as we can. For larger work we help you choose new tile and planning for transitions. Grout, caulk and sealing follow, and we clean up dust and debris completely when we are done.
Damaged tile is cut out without cracking its neighbors or damaging the bed.
The substrate is cleaned, leveled and checked for moisture or movement before new tile goes down.
The right thinset and trowel give full support, so tile does not crack or loosen.
New tile follows existing joint lines and levels so repairs blend in.
